Building on #100 we should also improve our vectorised helpers by implementing analytical solutions.

We should:

Check the equations to make sure we do indeed expect a speedup
Implement the PMFs in stan in a vectorised manner
unit test PMFs against vectorised pmfs

This issue is gated by #100
