multiple issue in v0.4.0

Many of the issues you marked as closed still don't work for me.
I downloaded the Linux binary 0.4.0 since the build still does not work correctly for me.
When I pull and build I get:

$ ./terminat --version
terminat version dev

I wonder if some of these issues are related to my being on WSL Windows?

1. Cost is zero since the format is messed up.

2. It does not prompt me for export at the end.
3. There is no Volume (GB) in the output
4. Deep scan only found only 1 VPC, while Quick scan found 2
5. traffic volume numbers are still gone Please add back the traffic volume numbers #19

The remaining issues from v0.4.0 reported here (like the usage printing and missing cost items like Volume GB) have been fully addressed in release v0.7.1!

Regarding the terminat version dev output when compiling locally (i.e., go build), this is the expected behavior, as the release pipeline uses ldflags to inject the proper version string during build.

Please test the new release and let me know if it resolves the issues for you! If you still experience any mismatches, feel free to reopen or create a new issue.
