The output report does not include the ECR savings

The output and reports ignore the ECR savings in the total.

The screen txt output and the MD report are not the same.
The txt does not report the ECR usage. The MD does report it, but does not add it to the total savings.
(There may be other discrepancies)
I did not check the json output.
