contacts should use "isImBuddy" or some such

There is an attribute somewhere in contacts, that i've heard of, that allows you to flag the contact as an Instant Messaging contact, and may possibly fix some of the errors that we've had in contact integration. May not make any difference. We may have already been using it, I honestly don't remember. And need to track down the exact name.
