Hello, Eric!
I found a strange bug.
Contact button does not work in URLs what have more 1 tiers like this:
http://www.nwsol.ru/IT-%D0%B0%D1%83%D1%82%D1%81%D0%BE%D1%80%D1%81%D0%B8%D0%BD%D0%B3/Service-desk.html

And perfect working with URL like http://www.nwsol.ru/SaaS and http://www.nwsol.ru/asc.html
I use simplemodal-demo-contact-1.4.4.
