A lot of marathons run charity streams where they raise money for a charity of their choice. Oengus used to have donation support but this never worked well.

The goal of this feature is to look at how GDQ is doing things in their tracker and take inspiration from that for a new donation system.

Old logic was removed in this commit: a4a3205
