Have Oengus announce if submissions are open in the discord channel its linked to

What is the feature?

Marathons that have second submissions periods can occasionally be missed by people wanting to submit to them. Either by lack of announcement or just forgetting to check the Oengus page for the event.

Most people however are in the discord for the event they're submitting to and these events often have submission channels where Oengus posts the games submitted to the event.

Describe the feature

Is it possible to have Oengus post a message stating that the submission period is live? it could also do a message saying that submissions are closed and tag on that second submissions are open on X then follow up with a message on that date announcing they're open again. Bad examples of what I mean below
