Users cannot download stored data

There should be a way for users to download the data Oengus stores about them.
Currently, there is no option for a user to download their user data.

The goal of this issue is to create a way for users to download this data, the data should be a simple JSON file where we can put all the data in about the user, their submissions, created marathons, etc...
