Add instructions on the use of NEBULA to every "info" chapter by default #89

These instructions should include:

  • the meaning of the various chapter icons
  • navigating and hotkeys for presentations

They should be rendered in a concise way on every info page, along with the content (which is often the learning objectives or other information about the module in particular).
