Make output from Log usable.

• Add log calls in the correct classes.
• Display time to the millisecond
• Write a script/program to convert the output to a CSV file for analysis

Log calls to include are:

• Joystick 1, 2, and 3 input.
• Right and left climber motor command.
• Gyroscope reading.
• Joystick throttle input.
