How to make a node server that can interact with smart contract using moralis?

Actually, in the development of marketplace, we need to develop simple node.js server for the backend.
so I want to know how to interact with the smart contract in node.js using moralis.

I want to call smart contract function with my wallet private key in node.js using moralis.

could you help me regarding this ?

I would appreciate if the dev team can make node.js boilerplate. (sign in with wallet private key, interact with smart contract function etc.)
