• Create branch weld from the commit after Move eest to its own package (and update subtrees) #1449, and create a PR from it to merge to forks/osaka (Owners @SamWilsn, @Carsons-Eels).
• Update EEST package naming: chore(packaging): improve naming of eest modules in ethereum-execution execution-spec-tests#2209 (comment) (@kclowes)
• Ruff line-length fixes (@kclowes), mypy (@LouisTsai-Csie), pytest fixes (@felix314159) can be worked on top of the weld branch.
• PR feat(ci): integrate EEST CI into EELS (WIP) #1598, should point to branch weld because it's necessary to merge it without a broken CI

• Docs updates should be a separate follow-up PR (@danceratopz).
