1. Reg for Eurofurence
2. (optional) pay for EF Ticket
3. Reg for Dealers' Den
4. Open DD Reg Index

No error message about my registration status

If the DD Reg sync with EF reg has to be paused, a different error message should be displayed instead.

"Dealer's Den Registration Sync Temporarily Unavailable"
"Dealer registration is temporarily unable to verify Eurofurence registrations. Your application will not be affected, and we will process it as soon as the system is updated. If you have already registered for Eurofurence, please try again later. If you have not yet registered, please make sure to do so before [insert_date_here] for your application to be considered."
