Support for later filelist formats?

Hi! I was just revisiting Eurochef to try extract the Disney Universe filelists I had lying around, but then I ran it and it told me that the filelist wasn't supported yet (it's version 13). I'm just opening this issue for tracking purposes, but I'd be more than happy to upload those filelists if you need them.

I'll have a look sometime this week. We don't have the v10-v13 filelists implemented yet because most games using those filelists just leave the game unpacked, guess thats not the case for the retail version of DU

@applecuckoo sorry, I forgot to get back to this, I can't implement the packed version of v10-v13 filelists yet because their contents are encrypted. We know the decryption key, but not how to decrypt the actual contents
