Need to run report generation job on demand

As a Link Inspector user,

I need the possibility to start or restart report generation on demand (by a button in the UI). This is important to perform checks/ corrections with immediate effect, and also to demonstate the functionality of the solution.

Propert "waiting" visuals should be displayed when generating a report. A live log / progress bar is a welcome feature.

The implementation must consider the desired level of parallelism (do NOT allow a live report generation IF there is another report generation running, or else allow no more than pre-defined N parallel reports)
