As we discovered in #415 it is not always easy to understand from README and tests combined what the expected return values/types are.

To make this easier, we should provide specs and types for modules and functions under test.

We need to do this manually for all exercises that do not have a test generator:

  • accumulate
  • allergies
  • bank-account
  • beer-song
  • circular-buffer
  • list-ops
  • parallel-letter-frequency
  • phone-number
  • saddle-points
  • strain
  • variable-length-quantity
  • zipper

Please provide one PR per exercise and do not open more than 2 PRs for this issue during hacktoberfest. I'll lift this limitation in November '19.
