Amharic conllu to ner conversion error

Greetings

I am trying to see if I can generate ner for Amharic based on this

python -m spacy convert --converter ner .\corpus\conllu\amharic.conllu .\corpus\conllu\ -n 10

https://github.com/UniversalDependencies/UD_Amharic-ATT/blob/master/am_att-ud-test.conllu

But I get the following error

[E177] Ill-formed IOB input detected: ID

If this conllu file not meet some requirements?

this got me going a bit further but the .spacy file generated seems to only have text and nothing more

spacy convert '.\corpus\conllu\am_att-ud-test copy.conllu'-c conllu ./output/
