AttributeError: module 'torch' has no attribute 'autocast_mode' when importing spacy

How to reproduce the behaviour

Hi, i am getting the following error when importing spacy:

The import still worked a few weeks ago, the only change in my environment i can think of, is installing the huggingface transformer library. I tried removing and reinstalling spacy, but that didn't help.
The import works if i remove torch from my environment but then i get the error no module named 'torch' when calling "spacy.load(('de_core_news_sm')."

Not sure if this helps, but when importing spacy i get the following message:

Try uninstalling all torch packages (torch, torchvision, torchaudio) and installing again from scratch following their guide: https://pytorch.org/get-started/locally/
