说明 fork ngx-admin 整理了一下，把没有用的删除掉，添加了一些service，方便使用 安装 npm install npm run start 功能包含 添加了 HTTP 拦截器 添加了 helpers 公共方法 添加了 用户登录及 jwt 权限认证 添加了 sweet alert
