Hey Issabella it's difficult to address this without more context. Could you send an email to the address shown on the contact page, with some screenshots attached?
Keep in mind the minimum interval on Koohii is 24h. So if you answer "Hard" for example for new cards (blue pile), they will only be due on the next day. The next day also "triggers" based on your timezone setting in the Account options.
PS: to review sooner, you can either use the "Custom Review" modes. Or, when reviewing due cards with the SRS you can answer "Again" to repeat them more than once - in the same review session. But either way, after a SRS review session ends, and there are no more due cards, there won't be any new due cards until the next day.
The SRS says that 0 cards are due when I know that can't be true. It is not giving me the option to review cards. Thank you.
