Lets say we have

Module One:

Old todo 1
Old todo 2
Another one

Module Two:

This is module todo
another todo of module two

Now if go to line

Module One:

Old todo 1
Insert New todo because of critical priority, here in markdown its auto numbered, but its not happening in the editor.
Old todo 2
Another one

Module Two:

This is module todo
another todo of module two
