Quand l'app tracemob est publiée sur les stores, envoyer un mail aux anciens utilisateurs du traceur pour les informer de cette nouvelle application, et arrêter le serveur traceur et retirer l'app en test fermé des stores.

an e-mail has been sent to the 2019 testers informting them the traceur will be shut down and tracemob has been published.
