UX Clarity - Create User

After entering your name and password to register, a user thinks that they would then hit a login/create user button, but they have to fill in the whole form before they get to a button.

I might put the username and password at the bottom of the form so it's more obvious.
or add a message explaining that the user needs to fill in all the form data and the create user deets.
