Describe the Bug

def fn(cls: type):
    class Foo(cls): ... # no error

    foo = Foo()

    foo.asdfasdf # no error

both pyright and ty have rules for this

    Hey @rushirajrathod, thanks for picking this up, but since there hasn't been much activity on this in almost two months, I'm going to put it back out there so others can try to work on it.

    @DetachHead if you're interested in working on this, you should be able to claim it now or I can assign you. I've pulled the help-wanted tag off to make sure nobody can take it in the meantime. If you don't pick it up by early next week, I'll likely jump in and start looking into it.

    Also, for future reference, if an issue is stale and you want to take over, you can totally ping one of us in Discord and we'll look at swapping assignees out!
