🐛 Bug
Description
Despite the documentation saying hydra changes the working directory, it does not.
To reproduce
Run the documentation example:
https://github.com/facebookresearch/hydra/blob/be5b345f370fb18d8db24f676b638e2603779102/examples/tutorials/basic/running_your_hydra_app/3_working_directory/my_app.py
I even ran it with
--cfg hydra
and saw thathydra.job.chdir
is null.Expected Behavior
Hydra changes the app's working directory before calling the function decorated with
hydra.main()
