Enable horizontal mouse wheel scroll

Horizontal mouse wheel scrolling (secondary scroll wheel, not the main vertical scroll wheel) could help efficiently glancing over data.
Currently, both scroll wheels interact with the plots as zoom, and I suggest horizontal scroll wheel to interact with the plot as a horizontal scroll (time).

I am not 100% sure horizontal scroll should reflect scroll rather than just horizontal zoom. Other users' input could help understand which would be more helpful.
