deprecation warning about using setup.py install happens during build #358

during the preparation of release 0.14.2 I did

python3 setup.py sdist bdist_wheel

and got the following message

/tmp/howfairis.n9g6Gr/venv3/lib/python3.10/site-packages/setuptools/command/install.py:34: SetuptoolsDeprecationWarning: setup.py install is deprecated. Use build and pip and other standards-based tools.
