Some documentation pages easily get out of sync with Falco (could be auto generated)

What would you like to be added:

We are changing Falco fast enough that some pages become outdated very quickly, and we need the docs to keep up, especially in the reference section. These are the ones I found now:

• https://falco.org/docs/reference/daemon/cli-arguments/ (perhaps it could be removed?)
• https://falco.org/docs/reference/daemon/config-options/ (gets quickly out of date and is out of sync with falco.yaml, could be auto generated or removed?)
• https://falco.org/docs/reference/rules/default-macros/
• https://falco.org/docs/reference/rules/macros-override/
• https://falco.org/docs/reference/rules/supported-events/ (this is already auto generated but the PR needs to be opened manually at each release, I wonder if we can do better)
• https://falco.org/docs/reference/rules/supported-fields/ (this is already auto generated but the PR needs to be opened manually at each release, I wonder if we can do better)

Why is this needed:

Issues go stale after 90d of inactivity.

Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale.

Stale issues rot after an additional 30d of inactivity and eventually close.
