Dear Doctor Hüffner,
When I set WORDSIZE to 16 and run the code ./extremal P3 > a.txt, the following error occurs:

Error: WORDSIZE mismatch in nauty.c

What further modifications do I need to make? Thanks.

Hi,

there's an issue with the dependencies. I can't quite figure it out. As a workaround, you can try running "make clean", for me this fixes it.
