Workers balances aren't reaching payout threshold

I've had my pool up and running a little under 24 hours now and payouts don't seem to be working correctly. Blocks are being found, and unlocked properly, the wallet has been receiving the rewards, but I have yet to see a payout. It looks like a couple people are seeing this issue, was there ever any resolution? I've made sure that the denomination and coin units match what's in my coin .conf, i've made sure the fee is correct, the minimum payout should be 1.00000000 of my coin, and the wallet has around ~4.0 at this time and hasn't made any payouts. Only one worker mining so it definitely should have seen a payout by now.
