New action: composeCast

Introduce a new Mini App Action called composeCast for composing casts. This is a widely popular action that apps implement with openUrl + Warpcast Compose Cast Intent URLs which won't work in other clients. It should be a first class action.

Options

• text - text to include in the body of the cast
• embeds - array of up to two strings to embed
• parent - Either a url or cast hash
• close - if true, indicates the mini app should be closed. Otherwise hosts that implement minimized Mini Apps can collapse the app.

Mentions can be written directly into the body using the human writable syntax (e.g. 'hello @deodad'). Hosts should attempt to parse mentions from the body.

The action will return information about a cast if one was created.

Open Questions

• Is close with a default false (e.g. app devs must opt into a close otherwise minimize is assumed) the right semantics here? alternative: minimize which is default false (e.g. app devs must opt into a minimize other close is assumed)

support for channelKey? As supported with intent URLs (Ref: https://docs.farcaster.xyz/reference/warpcast/cast-composer-intents#compose-with-cast-text-on-a-specific-channel). Perhaps can be ignored by clients that don't support channels...
