This Commercial License Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the use of the Software by commercial entities. By purchasing a commercial license, you are granted additional rights beyond those provided in the MIT (Non-Commercial) License.
Upon obtaining a commercial license, Fathym, Inc. grants the enterprise a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the Software for commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
This commercial license permits the licensee to:
- Deploy and utilize the Software in production environments.
- Modify and integrate the Software into proprietary solutions.
- Distribute the Software within the organization or to external clients as part of licensed solutions.
Under this Agreement, the licensee is not permitted to:
- Sub-license the Software independently.
- Use the Software in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Remove or modify any copyright notices included within the Software.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL FATHYM, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE IN A COMMERCIAL CAPACITY.
