Using this project

Code associated with this paper takes the form of this repository (a Chaste user project) associated with the immersed_boundary branch of the Chaste project.

Obtaining Chaste

The Immersed Boundary branch of Chaste is available from the publicly available git repository. To get the latest version, run:

$ git clone -b fcooper/immersed_boundary https://chaste.cs.ox.ac.uk/git/chaste.git Chaste

To get the specific revision tested against this project when this README was last updated, run:

$ cd Chaste
