add type FindParams

This was valid code in feathers v4 and is not anymore in v5:

const params: Params = {
  query: {
    // ...
  },
  paginate: false // <-- `paginate` is not a part of `Params`
};

I'm totally fine with that, since paginate: false is specific for find. But could we at least have the following?:
