This milestone is related to the undergraduate final project of renanhenker. It should include: * Registration of Spiritists complete. * This version of Sigme should allow people to register as a Spiritist, to change their data, to activate/deactivate their registration. * It should also allow an administrator to import contacts from legacy databases and notify inactive Spiritists that they can activate their registration and start using Sigme. * All of that assumes some kind of authorization control is implemented.
