Probabilistic Distribution of Enum Values

Is it possible to distribute particular enum values in user defined probabilities ? This will be helpful in preparing a collections which resembles real world scenarios

I've done this manually by repeating enum values. For example, if I have 2 enum values and I want valueA to be used about twice the rate of valueB, I will include 2 valueA and 1 valueB in the enum array.
