Winx64 zip link wrong

It points to the 32-bit version instead. I tried guessing the proper link but gave up after a dozen permutations. Then I thought maybe there wasn't a x64 standalone version; I tried the 32-bit one but it hung forever when loading dependencies. It loads fine with those dependencies after I ran the x64 installer version, which tells me the x64 standalone link should either be pulled entirely (if there is no standalone version for it) or redirected to a proper file.
