Upstream general changes

(maintainer of mbtileserver here) I recently connected with @joeherm to see if there is interest in upstreaming some of the changes in this fork back to the main repository, since they may be more generally useful.

In the interest of getting that conversation rolling, I wanted to put together a couple of lists for further discussion. If there is interest and willingness to share code from here to there, I can start putting together some PRs to do so.

Changes to migrate upstream

• Add load/unload endpoints for tilesets #2: add load / unload endpoints for tilesets
• Added reload endpoint w/ token #1: add reload endpoint w/ token (superseded by above but a comment suggested it might still be useful)

Possibly generalizeable:

• Add datadog integration #5: add datadog integration. If datadog is a service that folks often use, and we can put this behind a CLI flag to enable it, this might be OK to add to the upstream.
• ability to enable profiling (if we put it behind a CLI flag): Enable continuous profiler #6, Temporarily enable mutex and block profiler for tile serving #10

Based on your experience so far, has datadog & continuous profiling proved useful? If this seems like something that might benefit other users, we could consider adapting some of these for the upstream repo.
