I'm ok to move this repository to @JuliaStats if it helps to have a better TimeSeries implementation for Julia (see discussion )

Having a repository in an organization is only useful if it will be maintained by a number of folks, which may or may not include the original author. I doubt that it would get much maintenance from the JuliaStats folks, so I'd recommend either simply adding more collaborators here, or moving it to something like @JuliaQuant or @JuliaTime.
