Controls don't respond when calendar is placed into a bootstrap popup

When calendar is placed inside a Bootstrap popup, popup shows calendar ok, but controls (days, next/previous month, etc.) are not responding, I don't know if it may be a z-index issue, I set up zIndex option as stated in your bootstrap modal example.
