Need year and month separate navigation #175

I have been using your date picker and now there is a requirement in which i need the month and the year having separate navigations. As in the current version, there is a year and month navigation which only changes months.
I have attached a screenshot of what exactly i need. It would be great if i can get some help. Thanks!!
