mailinfo does not consider first hop

When I wrote mailinfo in 1996 or so, message flow was MUA->MSA->MTA, and the MUA and MSA were the same system so that hop was not very interesting. Now most of the messages I parse are code->MSA->MTA, and the code->MSA hop is interesting, so this hop should be shown.
