On the sidebar under "References", there is a section called Application Manifest Reference. What do we think about renaming that to Spin.toml. I think someone who is new to the project may not refer or know to refer to the Spin.toml file as the application manifest and we generally reference it as the spin dot toml file in casual conversations and demos as well.

Could also consider renaming it Application Manifest (Spin.toml)
