In short

Mélodie could display, search and play music from online services.

In details

One doesn't "own" music on online services, but Mélodie can consider playlists and favorites as sources of music tracks.
Technically speaking:

• a provider will handle access and sync with a given online service
• it'll consider favorite artists, albums and tracks defined on the online service as source for tracks
• each "remote" track will be mapped in the Tracks table, with an URL as path
• track metadata would come from online API instead of music-metadata
• albums and artists would be inferred from metadata, as already done for "local" tracks
• playlists defined online could be imported as Playlist inside Mélodie

To get started, I'd like to interface with Deezer.

Unknowns

1. How to keep Mélodie in sync with favorites and playlists defined online?
2. What UX do we want when not network is available?
