Settings window doesn't scale with XL's global UI scaling

Turning up the Global UI scale in /xlsettings results in options being cut off in the settings window, and there's no way to resize it, making these options inaccessible without first turning the UI scale back down

Ah thanks, the ui scale didn't exist back when this was made.

I'll take a look at this when I update a few other things with the settings window (hopefully soon-ish)
