Music titles in other languages

Was wondering if it would be possible to keep a version of xiv_bgm.csv for other languages (or at least, Japanese) for our non-Anglophone friends.

And for me, as I would like to be able to have both at the same time, à la XIVAlexander's merging of UI and dialogue languages to show double languages (I can merge the files myself if need be but since there's no list in Japanese that I know of, it's not possible right now).

I am not fluent in anything other than English, and compiling track lists in other languages wouldn't be something I'd be able to proofread or verify, so it's not on my list at the moment.
