Lord knows that I use this app enough to send a few bucks your way. Best wishes and stay safe! |

I'm sorry, paypal donations are not supported in my country. Maybe a paypal.me link would work? Either way I hope you get the support you need and you and your family can recover! |
Thank you for maintaining this. I use it daily. Hoping for safety for you and your close ones. |
Thank you, even that the provided solution doesn't work you tried to find another one, amazing support! PayPal.me isn't available on all regions, isn't for me. The only international sooution is bitcoin, not that you need to but that is the only simple solution I current have, and I know isn't the best to all, a even that can be a challenge in some places. But don't worry I'm already appreciated if your gesture. ....... And to all l, I'm amazed by the support received, thank you very much everyone! You are making this extremely difficult moment easier 🙏 ❤️ |
Over 100 individual donations so far, thank you so much!!!!! We are expecting not to be able to go back to rebuild for at least 15 days maybe longer. Which mentally harms even more. |
Thank you all for the support of over 150 individual donations. We have to wait one more week to know when it will be safe to return, the house is still inside water. |
The biggest one yet, after 33 days of flood the water has finally left the inside of the house. The streets aren't drained yet we hope it to be in a week. Thanks! for the continue support, now the worst is gone, clean and rebuild ahead. |
Unfortunately, the south of Brazil has been hit by the biggest weather-related destruction ever recorded here.
This is the third time in my lifetime that my family has been hit by a flood.
Takes so much to recover, fiscally, emotionally, and financially and that is why I request your help.
Anyone who manages to help even if just with positive thoughts I'm forever grateful.
I will update this post as updates come.

The water level has started to drop, but we may be hit by a second wave as the water is dropping due to wind direction changes, that dammed the water away from the city, but this wind can change and bring even more water on a second wave of destruction.
We are away from our residence for one week in a temporary location, we are well, far from the flood but not able to go back home due to the danger of the flood that has taken the entire neighborhood where the house is
The state of the destruction is unknown, we will only know the day we manage to return with safety.

After a few days of stability, I managed to access the residence, but with great difficulty, the water level in the access streets and around the house was waist-deep.
Inside and outside the house with a lot of water, everything below the knee, including the floor and several pieces of furniture, were destroyed by the water.
The level is not expected to drop in the next few days and there could be a second wave of flooding in 5 days, which could worsen the situation.

Yesterday we had a second wave of floods that broke the record high so far.
Expectation of lows in the coming days but a new wave of flood has not been ruled out.
Unfortunately, we are weeks away from the end of the flood

Over two weeks away from home, the water level has stabilized but the house is still inside water.
We have to wait one more week to know when it will be safe to return.

33 days after the water entered the house it left.
It left behind a lot of dirt and destroyed everything it touched.
At least we've started to clean up, which will take a few weeks. Then we set out to rebuild and replace what was destroyed.
There was none of this before, silt, dirt, stains, cracks and the marks of the different levels that the water remained at for days.
I will update again.
Thank you!
