incorrect type of meta.versionId in row_to_resource function #1

_ init _.py > row_to_resource() > meta.update() #76 line

Should be:

meta.update({
'lastUpdated': row['ts'],
'versionId': str(row['txid'])
})

Because "txid" in Fhirbase DB has bigint type, but Fhir requires text.
