If the Home location goes from big to small right as Witch starts, Witch gets left behind.

Have seen a few pictures of this but also noticed it when working on Wipeout now.

This just happened on the server I was playing on. First there were enough players to play on the bigger arena, then I joined the spectator mode, and everyone was moved to the smaller arena, but the Witch spawned on the bigger arena and was stuck there. She tried to attack players who spammed voice lines but obviously couldn't reach them.
