Windows 文件管理器多标签页支持 File explorer Multi-tabs support

目前(Filecxx 2.21)，文件蜈蚣下载完成选择「打开目录」会新建一个文件管理器实例而不能在已有的文件管理器中打开一个新的标签页。

In the present, Filecxx 2.21, after downloading a file and chose to 'open directory' will start a new 'explorer.exe' instead of opening a new tab in exited file explorer.

在 Windows 预览体验计划中 Dev 频道 22572 版本(Windows 11)中提供了文件管理器多标签页支持，目前在 Beta 频道就可以体验，小道消息说讲在 22H2（今年下半年）中我们就能见到此功能。考虑到此功能处于内测，可能没有调试环境，重要性和优先级肯定不如完善增加功能和减少 bug，甚至微软砍刀部直接砍了直接遥遥无期😂，所以对很快见到 Filecxx 的支持不抱期待。

In the Windows Insider Preview project, Microsoft first released What we now called 'multi-tabs' support to the new file explorer in Windows version 22572 (Windows 11) in dev channel, we can now experience it in beta channel. It is said that Microsoft will launch it in Windows 22H2 this autumn. Considering it is now being testing, and Filecxx's developer(s) might not have test environment or be willing to join in insider preview, so certainly not the first things to do comparing to add or polish features and fix bugs, and Microsoft may even just cancel this support as what we have seen in the pass 😂, I personally don't expect I can see the support (from Filecxx to the new multi-tabs' explorer) soon.
